“Marriage is a great institution, but I’m not ready for an institution yet,” said Mae West.

And so it begins.

Keeping art light and joyful, with a glimpse of deeper truth, has always been a mission of Windwalker Taibi. One of the wittiest and socially edgiest women of her age, Mae West brought humor and insight during a time when America could use a laugh. New artwork from Windwalker’s “Ravens in Love” series is intended to land on the funny bone. Come enjoy this lighter side of art at Raven Rocks Gallery from May 3 through June 6.

Join Windwalker and Mary Jo Oxrieder and the gallery artists for the opening reception during the First Friday Artwalk from 5 to 8 p.m. May 3. Raven Rocks Gallery is located at Greenbank Farm, 765 Wonn Road C-101, Greenbank, WA 98253
