Letter: Thank you to all those who helped after crash

Editor,

My family and I wanted to thank every kind person who took the time out of their day to assist our mother who was involved in a recent car crash at Smugglers Cove Road and Westview at the entrance of Lagoon Point Monday morning, April 22.

Thanks to the three young people who looked after her sheepdog Baxter for over an hour. Thanks for the driver and passenger of the landscaping truck involved in the crash whose primary concern was for mom, not themselves. Thanks to the EMT who escorted mom from the emergency room to her car who was also at the scene of the crash. All involved were incredibly kind and most heartfelt thank you to you all.
