My name is Monica Guzman and I am writing this letter as a Langley private citizen, not as a member of the City of Langley Ethics Committee. This letter is in response to an article you published on Saturday, Oct. 28 titled “Council hopeful cries foul over being labeled a Trump supporter.”

Please know that I want to express my apologies for having unintentionally failed to provide for the consideration of potential ethical problems to the City of Langley by not stating in my letter to the South Whidbey Record, that I was writing the letter as a citizen of Langley and not as a member of Ethics Committee.
