Supporting Emerson with proud enthusiasm

Editor,

We endorse Dominique Emerson for Langley City Council. Without a doubt she is the most qualified candidate running for position 2. As the incumbent (she was appointed to the council early last year), she has in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing the city today. Her appointment to the council followed many years of volunteering her time to our city government by being a member of the Langley Shoreline Master Plan Committee and the Langley Planning Advisory Board, where she served as chairwoman for a time. She obviously has a long history of passion in serving her community and working hard for us.

Dominique exemplifies honesty, fairness and thoughtfulness. We believe she will continue to use these qualities to help lead Langley forward in a balanced and experienced way. With proud enthusiasm, we support Dominique Emerson.
