Whidbey’s dedication to our youth is something to be proud of

The South Whidbey High School Performing Arts Boosters would like to thank everyone for their continued encouragement of our young musicians in the band program.

As a result of your support, this year’s poinsettia sale sent over 1,000 beautiful holiday plants out into the homes, banks, churches, libraries, shops and other businesses of our community, while also raising needed funds to help cover the costs of instrument repair and purchase, music festival travel expenses and other expenditures related to offering a terrific music program for the youth of South Whidbey.

We are particularly grateful for the enthusiastic support of all of our local press who were so willing to post notices of our fundraiser, giving everyone the opportunity to help our kids through this effort.

The community dedication to supporting our youth on South Whidbey is something that we all can be proud of.
