Nearly a dozen South Whidbey students make Skagit Valley College’s honor roll

Skagit Valley College announced its academic honor roll for winter quarter 2017, and 11 students from South Whidbey made the grade.

Earning honors from the South End were Clinton’s Savannah Cuneo, Jake Greve, Vanessa Link, Callum MacDonald and Savannah Taylor; Freeland’s Joellyn Leffler, Mason Leffler and Matthew Palmer; and Langley’s Bailey Armos, Hayden Armos and Charles Nevin.

To qualify, students must maintain a 3.75 or higher grade-point average in courses numbered 100-level or above while carrying 12 or more credits.
