The Old Time Aqua Chautauqua marching band led a motley crew of circus performers through the streets of Whidbey Island’s village by the sea last week. The Everybody’s Welcome Parade was the celebratory kick-off to the Aqua Chautauqua Fest that provided circus and nautical workshops, a community potluck and a performance at the Island County Fairgrounds.

Several Puget Sound area boats sailed into Langley Marina last week with the Aqua Chautauqua performers aboard. The circus performers burst into downtown langley with the Everybody's Welcome Parade to kick-off the Aqua Chautauqua Festival at the Island County Fairgrounds.
