VIDEO: Everybody's Welcome Parade sails into Langley

The Old Time Aqua Chautauqua marching band led a motley crew of circus performers through the streets of Whidbey Island's village by the sea last week. The Everybody's Welcome Parade was the celebratory kickoff to the Aqua Chautauqua Fest that provided circus and nautical workshops, a community potluck and a performance at the Island County Fairgrounds.
