Glendale Shepherd, Pam’s Place Produce, Ebb Tide Produce, Skyroot Farms and Deep Harvest Farm have all been approved to accept EBT as well as debit and credit card. They are presently waiting to receive card swiping devices, which are expected to arrive by April 26, the day of the first market of the season.
Island Athletic Club announced its first-ever Spring Into Shape team weight-loss challenge. Open to teams of four to six participants, Spring Into Shape will run for six weeks from April 18 to May 30, rewarding the team with the highest percentage of weight loss with a $1,000 cash prize.
