South Whidbey schools close for second day

The South Whidbey School District has canceled classes and all after-school activities for Tuesday due to the weather.
District officials said the closure was necessary because of the snow and icy roads.
All parent-teacher conferences for kindergarten through the eighth grade have also been canceled and will be rescheduled.
