South Whidbey port to look at marina project

The board of commissioners for the Port of South Whidbey will hold a special workshop Wednesday to evaluate the feasibility of different designs for the first phase of the makeover of the Langley marina.

The meeting is open to the public, but public participation is not on the agenda. The port will meet at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in the port office conference room, located at 1804 Scott Road in Freeland.
