The plan, which will guide development in the Freeland area, includes changes that cover transportation, land use, housing, capital facilities, utilities, parks and economic development.

The meeting is at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 in the gym at Trinity Lutheran Church. County planners will open the meeting with a presentation before public comments.
