The Impaired Driving Impact Panel of Island County is asking motorists to drive with their headlights on throughout the day on Friday, Dec. 17 as a reminder of those killed in DUI crashes.

As part of the awareness effort, IDIPIC is encouraging people to have a safe holiday season by not driving impaired. Party hosts should also be responsible and intervene when someone attempts to get behind the wheel after drinking or taking drugs.
