The Island County Fair Board will hold the first of its two Coupeville meetings this week.

The board of directors usually meets at the county fairgrounds in Langley. The next meeting, at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, is one of two typically held each year in Coupeville to get input from residents on Central and North Whidbey.

Anyone interested in discussing areas of concern or volunteering for the fair is invited to attend. The meeting will be held in the county commissioners’ meeting room on the lower level of the Annex Building at 1 NE Sixth St.

For more information about the fair, call the fair office at 221-4677.
