Conservation district board looks for help

The Whidbey Island Conservation District is looking for residents who can fill a mid-term vacancy on its board of supervisors.

The board will appoint a new member to an open position for a volunteer term set to expire in May 2013. Interested residents of Whidbey Island who want to apply for this position can call Fran Einterz at 360-672-2331 or visit www.whidbeycd.org.
