Conservation district holds open house

The Whidbey Island Conservation District will hold an open house later this month at the Coupeville Library.

The annual event is 4 to 6 p.m. April 18, and the public is invited to stop by and meet the district's supervisors and staff. An awards presentation will begin at 4:30 p.m. followed by an overview of the conservation district's budget and work plan for fiscal year 2012.
