South Whidbey School Board to meet for retreat

The South Whidbey School Board will hold a two-day retreat, starting at 9 a.m. today.

Board members will review their 2010-2011 goals for the school district, then talk about the entry plan for District Superintendent Jo Moccia, who joined the district administration at the beginning of July.

Also on the agenda is a brainstorming session that will cover goals and objectives.

The retreat will be held in the board room on the South Whidbey Primary School Campus at 5476 S. Maxwelton Road. The meeting is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22 and noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23.
