Visitors to the Fire District 3's new fire station in Langley had a hot time behind the fire hall as Lt. Jeff Parker led a demonstration on how to use a fire extinguisher.

The class was almost as popular as the free pancake breakfast that was offered inside. Dozens of residents stopped by for the free flapjack feed, and were also treated to tours of the new fire hall.
