WEAN plans annual meeting

Whidbey Environmental Action Network will hold its annual meeting followed by a potluck next week.
The meeting is 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Unitarian Universalist meeting hall on Highway 525 north of Freeland.
