Sundberg looking to claim seat on Langley City Council

Jim Sundberg has won a seat on the Langley City Council.

Sundberg, currently chairman of the city's Planning Advisory Board, was leading Robin Adams in the first vote tally on Election Night.

Sundberg had 67 percent of the vote for Position 3 on the council, while Adams had picked up 32 percent.

Sundberg was favored to win in the election; he emerged with the most votes in a three-way primary contest for the seat, and finished the primary with 45 percent of the vote.
