Army helicopter training planned near Coupeville

Travelers on Highway 20 south of Coupeville should be on the lookout for distracted drivers as the Navy's Outlying Landing Field will be used for Army helicopter training Thursday evening.
Officials at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island said Army aircraft will be conducting training in and around the airstrip, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
