PFLAG to toast marriage equality in Freeland

Whidbey Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) will hold a celebration Monday, Feb. 13, of the bill signing of the same-sex marriage legislation by Gov. Chris Gregoire.

The gathering will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Whidbey Island meeting house at 20103 Highway 525. Guests should bring their own beverage, and the group will lift glasses in a statewide toast at 6 p.m.
