February 17, 2012 · Updated 10:22 AM

State Rep. Barbara Bailey is inviting her constituents in the 10th District to a telephone town hall meeting Monday, Feb. 20.

The community conversation, set in the style of a call-in radio show, will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

To participate, call 1-877-229-8493 and enter code 15431. Once connected, participants may ask questions by pressing *3 (star 3) on their telephone keypads.

“I am really looking forward to hearing from our communities and sharing some information on what is happening in Olympia," said Bailey R-Oak Harbor.

"I have found this format to be a convenient alternative for folks who aren’t always able to attend my coffee talks and traditional town hall meetings. If anyone has questions beforehand, they are welcome to contact me.”

The 10th Legislative District includes Whidbey Island and Camano Island, and parts of Anacortes, Arlington and Stanwood.

Questions and comments prior to the event can be emailed to Bailey at barbara.bailey@leg.wa.gov. She can also be called at 360-786-7914.
