Crosswind on South Whidbey

March 27, 2012 · Updated 2:32 PM

The Whidbey Crosswind is now available on South Whidbey Island.

Established a year ago to cover active duty Navy and community news,  the paper’s publisher has decided the paper should serve the larger population of military veterans and retirees.

The Whidbey Crosswind will be available island wide each month.

New distribution points include the Greenbank Store; Timbuktu Coffee House, Eagles and Ace Hardware in Freeland; American Legion Post 141, Rod and Gun Club, Star Store and The Goose in Langley; and Les Schwab, Red Apple and Anchor Books & Coffee in Clinton.

Story ideas, questions and letters to the editor can be sent to kreed@whidbeycrosswind.com.
