Prosecution, defense will give closing arguments this morning in Douglas murder case

Closing arguments are expected at 9 a.m. today in the trial of James Huden in Island County Superior Court. Greg Banks, the county's prosecuting attorney, alleges that Huden shot and killed Russel Douglas in Dec. 2003 with an accomplice, Peggy Sue Thomas, who was his mistress at the time.
