Superintendent to talk about levy

South Whidbey’s schools leader will update the public on a proposed February levy vote Wednesday.

Jo Moccia, superintendent of the South Whidbey School District, is scheduled to address the school board at its public meeting Nov. 28.

The school district is considering asking voters for a $1.04 per $1,000 of assessed property value levy for maintenance and operations and a 53-cent per $1,000 of assessed valuation capital levy.
