November 28, 2012 · Updated 9:38 AM
Smart students will have their chance to put their brains to the test.
The South Whidbey School District will use the School and Cognitive Ability Test to determine students’ participation in the Highly Capable Learners program. The test is not mandatory for students. Parents interested in having their students tested are asked to speak with their students’ teacher. Nominations are due Friday, Nov. 30. The test is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11 at South Whidbey Elementary School.
A form is available on the district’s website.
