Noble beach, trail in Langley await funding

A strip of land near the Edgecliff neighborhood in Langley may become a Langley park in the future.
City staff were waiting to hear about Conservation Futures funding from Island County, which would allow Langley to receive a piece of property near Noble Creek.
“It’s not a done deal, but we’re hopeful,” said Langley Councilman Jim Sundberg.
