Council talks streets, marina lighting

The Langley City Council will hold a special workshop Friday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. to discuss the utilities plans for First and Second streets and to discuss the Port of South Whidbey's lighting proposal for the marina. The meeting will be held in Langley City Council Chambers, 112 Second St.
