PENN COVE WATER FESTIVAL

Native American canoe racers and their families from across the Pacific Northwest gathered in Coupeville on Saturday for the annual Penn Cove Water Festival.
The family-friendly festival included food and crafts booths, childrens activities and performances by Swil Kanim, the Tulalip Family Singers and the Tsimshian Haayuuk Dancers.
