"The Friends of the Langley Library are proud to present KUOW radio personality Nancy Pearl on Dec. 1 at 1:30 p.m. at the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts. Complimentary light refreshments will be served, and no reservations are required.This free event marks the return appearance of Nancy Pearl, who delighted a large WICA audience last year with her entertaining literary reviews. People should bring paper and pen for notes -- Nancy will not pass out book lists!Don’t miss your chance to enjoy this very popular “Northwest Literary Treasure.”"
