"Three local teenagers went for a ride they did not expect last Wednesday afternoon when their car rolled over an embankment. According to the Island County Sheriff's Office, Patrick Seeley, 18, of Clinton lost control of his 1987 Chevrolet Nova at about 4:09 p.m. Wednesday while driving northbound on Maxwelton Road as he approached Campbell Road. The car veered to the outside of its lane, into a ditch, then over a steep bank beneath a pasture. The car rolled over the top of the embankment before coming to rest upright on its wheels. Seeley was injured in the crash and was transported to Whidbey General Hospital. His passengers, a boy and a girl, were not injured in the accident. The car suffered extensive damage."
