The man said the assault happened an hour before, but he had already had emergency dental surgery to correct the damage done by his assailant.At 6:31 a.m., an employee at a Freeland pharmacy reported that someone had broken into the store overnight.At 8:36 a.m., a Shipping View Dr., Freeland, woman reported that several bullets shot by someone on a neighboring property had just missed her husband while he was standing in the driveway to their home.At 5:54 p.m., a Langley man reported finding a backpack full of beakers and chemicals on Double Bluff beach.Saturday, Oct. 14: At 11 a.m. a Shoreline woman reported that her former domestic partner had violated a no-contact order the day before.At 1:50 p.m. a Fall City woman reported that someone had broken into her camper the previous evening at a Mutiny Ln., Freeland, location.At 3:21 p.m. a Freeland woman reported that someone had broken into her car while it was parked in a Clinton lot. The thieves took a cellular phone.Friday, Oct. 13: At 4 p.m. a Langley woman reported that a woman against whom she has a restraining order had just violated that order while both women were at a Freeland bank.At 4:35 p.m., an Elsica Dr., Clinton, woman reported that three juveniles dressed in Grim Reaper costumes were on her front porch and were refusing to leave. She said one of the juveniles had a real knife. The caller said the juveniles appeared to be between 13 and 14 years old.At 9:04 p.m. an employee at a Freeland eating and drinking club reported that a man had called the establishment 25 times that day asking to speak to one of the employees. The man threatened to slit the throats of the establishment's manager and the woman he was trying to contact.At 9:54 p.m. a deputy responded to an accident scene near the intersection of Bayview Rd. and Highway 525 where a truck had rolled over and had trapped its occupants.Thursday, Oct. 12: At 7:38 a.m. a Freeland woman reported that her 21-year-old daughter drove off with her 3-year-old son after an argument. The woman was worried about the safety of her daughter and grandson because the daughter had been drinking the night before.At 9:47 a.m. an employee at a Freeland hotel reported that a female guest had stolen more than $250 in linens and a clock radio.At 9:57 a.m. a South Whidbey High School employee reported that a male student was in custody for marijuana possession.At 1:27 p.m., a Clinton woman reported that her two daughters were fighting. The 16-year-old daughter was pregnant and the woman feared for her safety. One of the daughters had a knife and was threatening to kill herself.At 7:18 p.m. a Robin Ln., Clinton, man reported that he had an ongoing problem with the neighbor's dog attacking his.At 7:50 p.m. a Clinton resident reported observing six males fighting at a Maxwelton Rd. address.At 8:37 p.m. a Kirk Hill Rd. woman reported that a man was calling for help from the middle of a swamp in the Maxwelton Valley.Wednesday, Oct. 11: At 10:04 a.m. a South Whidbey High School employee reported that a student was in custody for marijuana possession.Tuesday, Oct. 10:At 2:27 p.m. a First St., Langley, woman reported that two men were trying to break into a First St. tavern to steal a keg of beer. The men fled in an Isuzu Trooper. He said that she might become violent when law enforcement arrives.At 9:11 a.m. a Shipping View Ln., Freeland, man called to ask how he might get satisfaction after a wood cutter shorted him on a wood delivery.At 2:21 p.m. a deputy arrested a South Whidbey High School Student for carrying a pipe in his backpack at school.At 7:05 p.m. a Clinton woman reported that someone stole $156 in art supplies out of her car while it was parked at the Maxwelton Beach access.At 7:08 p.m. an Everett man reported that a Clinton man was molesting his 8-year-old daughter. The man said the molester had also molested his stepdaughter some years before.At 9:21 p.m. an employee at a Bayview grocery store reported that a man had just stolen several sandwiches.
