Whidbey House Concert tonight

"Kris Delmhorst returns to the Whidbey Island House Concert Series for an acoustic performance on Sunday, Oct. 29, with potluck dinner at 4-4:30 and music at 5 p.m. Delmhorst was the first House Concert performer exactly one year ago in the candlelit home above the water in Clinton.Tickets are $15 each and must be pre-paid. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share.Delmhorst has played with folksingers, jazz bands, and subway troubadours, and has appeared at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, Lilith Fair and Newport Folk Festival. Her debut CD, appetite, features guest performances from Patty Larkin, Jennifer Kimball, Catie Curtis, bassist Mike Rivard (Paula Cole), drummer Billy Conway (Morphine) and others.
