All interested parents and students are invited to attend.Seattle University Preview Day is on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Stop by the Career Center for directions to the school and information on what will be included in the preview.Sign-ups are under way for this year's Graduation Night Party. Last year, 80 percent of the graduating class had an outstanding all night party at the Seattle Aquarium and Funtasia. This year the venue is different -- but better still. Students can make payments and get more information before school in the Old Commons on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.Amtrak is offering discounts for college visitations. Students and parents are offered 50 percent discounts for travel. Stop by the Career Center for coupons.University of Washington application packets are now available in the Career Center.Washington State University is hosting an Evening of Excellence informational night in the Best Western Cotton Tree Inn in Mount Vernon on Nov. 16, 7-9 p.m. Events include an academic department fair, scholarship drawings, and workshops on financial aid and scholarships, living options, and transferring to WSU.
