The reporting party said the traffic needed to be slowed before a child gets hit by a car.At 3:07 p.m., South Whidbey High School requested more traffic patrols near the school because motorists were exceeding the 20 mph speed limit on Maxwelton Rd.At 5:11 p.m. a Coupeville man reported that two men at South Whidbey High School threatened to run him off the road with their vehicle then decapitate him with it.Monday, Feb. 19At 10:17 a.m. a deputy responded to a two-car injury accident at the intersection of Fish Rd. and Highway 525. A pedestrian was hit in the accident and was transported to Whidbey General Hospital with a broken wrist.At 1:17 p.m. a Hi Crest Rd., Langley, man reported that someone had stolen his car sometime in the preceding three hours.At 2:41 p.m. a Langley Rd., Langley resident reported that a car had driven into his residence. The boy left in a pickup truck with his friends.
