Saturday dance benefits Grad Party

"A community dance this Saturday night at Teddy's Restaurant in Freeland will raise funds for the South Whidbey High School Class of 2001 Grad Party in June.The dance party, titled 2001 Odyssey Flashback, will the popular local band Three Boat Wait. Dance hours are 8 p.m. to midnight.Tickets are $15 each and are on sale in advance at Whidbey's Coffee in Clinton, Langley or Freeland; Joe's Island Music in Langley; or by mailing a check to SWHSPTSA Dance, P.O. Box 427, Clinton WA 98236. Reservations are recommended as tickets are limited.The admission price includes the music, light hors d'euvres, casino tables and door prizes. Have dinner before the dance at Teddy's and one dollar will be donated to the grad party fund.The Class of 2001 Grad Party offers seniors a chance to enjoy a safe, fun graduation night in the company of their classmates.
