"The Irish trio Setanta -- Dale Russ, Finn McGinty and Hans Araki -- perform a concert on March 30 at WICA.Four masters of the Irish music tradition will be joined by some of Whidbey's rising young stars in a concert at the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts on March 30, starting at 7:30 p.m.Musicians Dale Russ (violin), Finn McGinty (guitar) and Hans Araki (flute), who make up the trio Setanta, are joined by renowned Uilleann piper Tom Creegan to celebrate the release of their new CD, Setanta. Opening the show will be South Whidbey's Celtic Music Trio, featuring Hannah Wahl on harp, Katie Campbell, violin, and Kerry Mann, violin. Last year's concert at WICA won over a devoted following, says local organizer Frazer Mann. I think people were really impressed by the tight, crisp style, but they also appreciated the virtuosity of each musician, he said.Tickets are $12 and $10 at WICA, 221-8268. For more information about the concert call Frazer Mann at 579-8578. "
