"Wednesday, Aug. 22: At 12:37 a.m. a deputy took several guns into safekeeping at a Langley Rd. address.At 10:04 a.m. deputies were dispatched to herd 10 sheep off Wilkinson Rd.At 10:55 a.m. a Freeland man reported finding a ski boat that had washed ashore. Sheriff's personnel later found the boat's owner.At 12:03 p.m. a woman reported seeing eight sheep running down Wilkinson Rd.Tuesday, Aug. 21: At 11:08 p.m. a Mercer Dr., Langley, woman reported that a boy was running around the neighborhood wearing a mask and was grabbing younger children to scare them.At 3:42 p.m. an employee at a Hunziker Ln., Clinton, cafe reported that someone had stolen the chairs from a deck owned by the business.Monday, Aug. 20: At 10:23 a.m. a Langley woman reported that her son was refusing to go on vacation with her. She asked for advice on how to get the boy to leave with her.At 10:40 a.m. a Clinton woman reported that her son was having a mental episode and had armed himself with a knife.At 3:58 p.m. a Mutiny Bay Rd., Freeland, man reported that dump trucks owned by a construction company that was repaving Fish Road were speeding on the road.At 7:38 p.m. a deputy arrested a boy at a Bayview grocery store for possessing alcohol.At 9:24 p.m. a deputy arrested two men and a boy at a Clinton address for underage alcohol possession.Sunday, Aug. 19: At 3:48 a.m. a woman reported that someone had broken into her car while it was at a Langley restaurant. The woman said the burglar stole her purse.At 1:59 p.m. a Rollinghill Rd., Clinton, woman reported that someone broke into her car and stole a radar detector and a CD.Saturday, Aug. 18: At 12:16 a.m. a deputy arrested a man and a woman for drug possession at the Island County Fairgrounds.At 1:46 a.m. a citizen reported that a drunk woman at the Island County Fairgrounds was yelling obscenities.At 11 a.m. deputies responded to a three-car accident on Highway 525 near the intersection with Coles Rd.At 2:02 p.m. a Greenbank woman reported that she heard her daughter screaming for help on her answering machine. The woman said she had just dropped her daughter off at a Honeymoon Bay Rd. address.At 4:39 p.m. a Rabbit Run Rd., Langley, woman reported that her son broke into her home and stole alcohol and other items.At 8:06 p.m. a deputy arrested a man at a Langley Rd. address on a charge of malicious mischief.At 11:56 p.m. a mainland woman reported that her husband, who was drunk, hit her while the couple was at a Langley address.Friday, Aug. 17: At 6:11 p.m. a Langley woman reported that she had just given a ride to a suspicious male hitchhiker on Bayview Rd.At 10:57 p.m. a deputy arrested a woman at the Langley Middle School on an outstanding arrest warrant.Thursday, Aug. 16: At 9:44 a.m. a Hansville man reported that someone had broken into his mother-in-law's cabin on Lakeside Dr. The man said the burglars took several items and vandalized the house.At 3:37 p.m. a citizen reported that someone had dumped a box wrapped in a plastic bag on George Dr. in Clinton.At 5:36 p.m. a Langley man reported that a woman assaulted him.At 6:25 p.m. a Sunlight Beach Rd., Clinton, man reported that another man threatened to get him.At 9:16 p.m. a Greenbank woman reported that her son's ex-uncle grabbed her while she was at a Clinton address.
