Clinton official to head board

Maury Hood, a commissioner of Clinton Water District, was recently elected 2009 president of the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts at the group’s meeting in Spokane. He was also re-elected as an at-large member of the board.

He has served as section leader for the past three years and was vice president of the 2008 board.
