Homola is on the cusp of an upset victory over 16-year incumbent Republican Mac McDowell.

The latest tally was announced Wednesday afternoon. Approximately 200 votes are left to count.

The next update is expected on Friday afternoon.

Earlier this week, Homola led by 62 votes.
