The Island County Planning Commission has canceled tonight's meeting due to weather conditions.

County Planning Director Jeff Tate made the announcement just before 8 a.m. Wednesday.

The planning commission had planned to hold a public hearing on proposed changes to the county's comprehensive plan and development regulations for development near Highway 532 on Camano Island.

The hearing will be rescheduled.
