A work session to discuss the renewal of Freeland’s interim regulations on new building and development will be held by Island County commissioners next month.

The meeting will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 10, at the commissioners’ hearing room in the County Administration Building Annex in Coupeville.

There has been public concern about renewing the interim regulations, which expire on May 2, said Anthony Boscolo of the county’s planning staff.

For information, call Boscolo at 321-5111, ext. 7824.
