Candidates line up for 2010 Election

State Rep. Barbara Bailey will have a challenger in the November election.

Tom Riggs, a Camano Island Democrat, has filed as a candidate to challenge Bailey (R-Oak Harbor) for her 10th District seat. Bailey has served in the state House of Representatives since 2003.

Filing week began Monday and runs through Friday.
