Asa Yang Peterman was born on Sept. 23 at the Greenbank Birth Center to parents Ruth and Arlin Peterman of Clinton.

He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Lambert and Grace Yeo. His paternal grandparents are Lon and Miriam Peterman.

The family gives special thanks to midwife Cynthia Jaffe, Student Midwife Gloria Anderson, Doula Becky and to their families for all of their support.
