The Early Childhood Education Assistance Program, or ECEAP, is now enrolling for fall preschool.

ECEAP is a state-funded comprehensive early childhood education program with a goal of supporting healthy development and future success of Washington state children.

To qualify, children must be between the ages of 3 to 5 on Aug. 31, and the family must meet income guidelines.

ECEAP is enrolling at all sites, including Oak Harbor, Coupeville, South Whidbey and Anacortes.
