Eagles to hold 15th annual Seafest event

The South Whidbey Eagles Aerie will hold its 15th annual Seafest, a fundraising event and membership drive, at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at the Whidbey Island Eagles in Freeland.

On the menu are delicacies such as shrimp cocktails, barbecue oysters and salmon, mussels, clams, a full salad bar, garlic bread and a plethora of desserts.

Entertainment will be provided by Consetti Barbershop Quartet, something which Joan Smith of the Eagles Aerie said will be a highlight this year.

According to Smith, the event will provide ample opportunity for attendees of all ages to enjoy themselves, with plenty of space for kids to play and food for all.
