Freeland boater gets a tow

A man in a rowboat got blown a bit off course in Holmes Harbor on Monday. As winds picked up, the man was seen waving his arms, apparently signaling for help to people in the area. Emergency aid was called out, but responders from South Whidbey Fire/EMS and Whidbey General EMS were not needed as the man was eventually towed to a private dock on the west side of the harbor.
