The newly elected officers for Deer Lagoon Grange were installed at its business meeting March 7.

The officers who will serve this year are Master (President), Kenneth Schillinger; Overseer (V.P.), Charles Prochaska; Lecturer, Gary Kay; Steward, Scot Fredrickson; Assistant Steward, Ralph Gorg; Lady Assistant Steward, Tarey Kay; Chaplain, Phyllis Rainey; Treasurer, Yvette Cadwallader; Secretary, Judith Prochaska; Gatekeeper, Dorothy McCann; Ceres, Roxanne Chamuler; Pomona, Christine Williams; Flora, Reece Rose; Family Activity Chairman, Tarey Kay; and Executive Committee, Chris Williams (three-year term).

Deer Lagoon Grange is one of the older organizations on Whidbey Island having been in continuous operation since 1926, when it was re-chartered by Washington State Grange Master, Albert S. Goss, who later became Master of the National Grange.
