Input sought on ferry dock food

The state Department of Transportation wants to know what its passengers are hungry for.

The new Mukilteo ferry terminal will have space for one “grab-and-go” food or retail vendor, and WSDOT has released a survey to help choose what might go in that space.

The survey is available at surveymonkey.com/r/MukilteoFoodVendor

The five-question survey includes questions about the type food or items people would like to see as well as some questions about the survey takers’ ferry ridership. It asks people to choose from a list that includes fish and chips, ice cream, coffee and espresso bar, growler-fill station.

The terminal is slated to open in 2020.
